Location: San Gabriel River, Duarte
Time: 0745-1015. Bird walk for Duarte Historical Museum.
Weather: Clear, wind N 0-10 mph; 65-75 deg F.
Site: Riverbottom mostly dry; some water under willows north of Encanto pedestrian bridge, and a large pool of water immediately below the first concrete dam north of the bridge.
Coverage: Encanto Park, footbridge across river, and then up east side of river to first concrete dam.
